Deakin Walton are delighted to announce that we have been appointed as Consulting Engineers to the redevelopment of the Boddingtons Brewery site in Manchester City Centre.

The site of the former Boddingtons Brewery was purchased by an Ask / Realty Estates joint venture in September 2006. It is located on the northern edge of the City Centre immediately north of the MEN Arena.

The masterplan is expected to evolve over the next ten years and will produce up to 1.5 million square feet of mixed use development, including office, hotel, retail, leisure and residential developments with an investment value of several hundred million pounds.
